We couldn&#8217;t resist the quality of sugar snap peas and sweet corn from United Organics this week.<\/p>\n<h3>Chef Nick Grivas created this little salad to accompany our 41 deg. smoked salmon making the perfect spring lunch here at Vive. Add sugar snaps and corn kernels and saute with sesame oil for 30 sec. Combine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vivehealth.com.au\/Spiral-Foods-Tamari-Organic-Original-and-Salt-Reduced.html\" target=\"_blank\">tamari<\/a> with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vivehealth.com.au\/search.php?posttoget=Y&amp;simple_search=Y&amp;mode=search&amp;posted_data%5Bby_title%5D=Y&amp;posted_data%5Bby_descr%5D=&amp;posted_data%5Bby_sku%5D=&amp;posted_data%5Bforsale%5D=Y&amp;posted_data%5Bsearch_in_subcategories%5D=Y&amp;posted_data%5Bincluding%5D=all&amp;posted_data%5Bsubstring%5D=mirin&amp;x=23&amp;y=22\" target=\"_blank\">mirin<\/a> and add to pan. Saute until glossy. Remove from heat and toss through sliced radish.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with 41 deg.
