\"Katina<\/a>How many of us have had the experience of making resolutions with a very genui<\/span><\/span><\/span>ne determination for the New Year and within a very short period of tim<\/span><\/span><\/span>e finding it difficult to maintain that commitment? This can often be very confusing and may feel as though there are parts within us that are in conflict.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

My experience has shown me that when there is conflict between a person’s will power and that person’s imagination (for example someone who has made a resolution to eat healthily imagining how delicious a piece of chocolate cake is or a smoker who has resolved to stop smoking who imagines having a cigarette) the imagination wins. This is where hypnotherapy can be so powerful. Hypnotherapy works with that part of our mind – the unconscious mind – that can influence and guide the imagination. With hypnotherapy you can have your imagination working for you to achieve the results you want.<\/p>\n
