{"id":2300,"date":"2015-06-26T03:31:19","date_gmt":"2015-06-26T03:31:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vivehealth.com.au\/blog\/?p=2300"},"modified":"2015-06-26T03:31:19","modified_gmt":"2015-06-26T03:31:19","slug":"megans-morning-wraps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.vivehealth.com.au\/blog\/2015\/06\/26\/megans-morning-wraps\/","title":{"rendered":"Megan&#8217;s Morning Wraps"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vivehealth.com.au\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/megansmorningwrapscropped.134337.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2301\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vivehealth.com.au\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/megansmorningwrapscropped.134337.jpg\" alt=\"megansmorningwrapscropped.134337\" width=\"180\" height=\"126\" \/><\/a>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 teaspoon ghee<br \/>\n500g Organic grass-fed beef mince<br \/>\n1 leek, finely chopped<br \/>\n3 garlic cloves, crushed<br \/>\n1 carrot, diced<br \/>\n1 celery stick, diced<br \/>\nHandful frozen peas<br \/>\n1-2 teaspoons Mexican chilli powder<br \/>\n2 tablespoons chicken stock<br \/>\n1 tablespoon tomato paste<br \/>\nHandful chopped coriander, plus extra to serve<br \/>\nPaleo Wraps (Turmeric)<br \/>\nKimchi or sauerkraut, to serve<br \/>\nDiced Avocado, to serve<br \/>\nDiced tomato, to serve<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Melt ghee in a pan and add the mince, breaking it up until browned.\u00a0 Transfer mince to plate.<br \/>\n2. Add to the pan leek, garlic, carrot and celery and cook off until the carrot starts to soften slightly.\u00a0 Add the mince and any juices back to the pan and stir through.<br \/>\n3. Add the Mexican chilli powder and cook for about 1-2 minutes.\u00a0 Then add the tomato paste and chicken stock and peas.\u00a0 Simmer for about 10 minutes.\u00a0 Stir through the coriander at the end.<br \/>\n4.
