\u00a0Is Your Solar Plexus Chakra Balanced?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Previously we explored the Base Chakra; linked to hoarding, feeling grounded, fear, sense of belonging. Then we delved into the Sacral Chakra; the centre of our feelings, our pleasure and our creativity.\u00a0 It is associated with our reproductive organs and movement.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Now we are going to look into some of the Solar Plexus Chakra traits.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The location of the Solar Plexus Chakra is the upper abdomen on the midline.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As you read through take a moment to reflect, and see if you relate to any of the following attributes.\u00a0 Are they balanced or not?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Solar Plexus Chakra links to an appropriate sense of who you are and how you stand in your personal power.\u00a0 Trust, self-esteem, confidence and being non-judgemental are all Solar Plexus Chakra qualities.\u00a0 From a physiology point of view it is linked to our digestive system and the associated gland is the Pancreas.<\/p>\n

When your Solar Plexus Chakra is balanced you will feel a sense of self-empowerment and be able to use your personal power and intellect in an appropriate way.\u00a0 You would also be non-judgmental, have a good sense of humour and be confident whilst maintaining warmth.\u00a0 A well working digestive system would also align to a balanced Solar Plexus Chakra.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s reflect for a moment and see if you feel if your Solar Plexus Chakra is balanced or if it needs some help\u2026<\/p>\n

Do you find yourself judging people, yourself or situations?<\/p>\n

Are you looking for approval or do you accept yourself for who you are?<\/p>\n

How is your digestive system, does it work well?<\/p>\n

Do you stand in your personal power in a positive way?<\/p>\n

Are you feeling used?<\/p>\n
