Steam corn cobs (leave husks on).<br \/>\n2. Remove husks and slice corn kernels from cobs.<br \/>\n3. Combine corn with coriander, chilli, red capsicum and garlic.<br \/>\n4. Stir through olive oil and vinegar.<br \/>\n5.
