Weight loss and detox isn’t just about looking great for summer, after finishing one of the challenges you should also feel amazing and have a lot more energy to be able to “spring” out of bed each morning.
What’s Involved
- Initial consultation with Megan Crockart (Nutritionist) for individually tailored plan – 1.5 hours at Vive – 36 Riding Road, Hawthorne
- Health Assessment Check including Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis, clinical health questionnaire, blood pressure, blood sugar and zinc levels tested
- Weekly motivation via email
- Diet tips and recipes
- Follow up testing and assessment at the end of 4 weeks or 8 weeks
Weight loss - 8 Week
Option 1 - 3 x face to face consulatations over the 8 week period, at the start, middle and at the end of your 8 weeks = $550
Option 2 - 9 x face to face consulatations over the 8 week period - come in every week to monitor your progress = $800
Detox - 4 Week
Option 1 - 2 x face to face consultations at the start and end of the 4 weeks = $310
Option 2 - 5 x face to face consultation over the 4 week period - come in every week to monitor your progress = $500
