Serving Suggestions:
Organic Road Chia Seeds are a perfect addition to salads, muesli, stir frys, smoothies, raw treats and baking; simply sprinkle on top of, or add to, your recipe before or after cooking.
Can be used to make delicious raw chia pudding and healthy desserts.
A chia pudding can be made by combining: 1/3 cup of chia seeds, 1/2 cup milk of your choice, 2tbsp coconut syrup and 1 tsp vanilla in a jar. Shake, refrigerate for at least an hour. Shake again, then refrigerate overnight. Serve cold with sliced fruit for a healthy breakfast/dessert.
