Niu Life Coconut Amino Sauce<\/p><\/div>\n

I say soy is so passe so I select something a little different to acid jazz up my stir-fry.<\/p>\n

Niu life’s Coconut Amino Sauce<\/a>! Yes that’s right, Coconut! is there anything this magical hairy nut can’t do?<\/p>\n

It’s like sweet chill sauce and tamari had a love child and squeezed that child into a bottle.<\/p>\n

The first time I tried it I was expecting it to taste like Braggs aminos but was taken by surprise when the slightly-spicy, slightly-sweet, slightly-salty tastes came together to have a house party on my tongue.<\/p>\n

Now I put in everything-marinades, soups, dressings and I even use it instead of soy to dip my sushi in. However, I don’t recommend drinking straight out of the bottle.<\/p>\n

Being a chef, taste is of primary importance followed by nutritional value, which is a huge bonus cause Niu life’s Coconut Amino sauce contains 17 naturally occurring amino acids, is gluten free and organic.<\/p>\n
