Lotus Organic Barley Malt Syrup is made from certified organic whole sprouted barley grains that are slowly cooked to create a rich malty flavoured syrup that is about half as sweet as refined sugar.

Lotus Barely Malt Syrup is certified organic, vegetarian and non GMO. It can be used as a alternative to regular refined sugar or in place of honey, maple, corn or rice syrups.
