Natural Road Grass Fed Ghee

Natural Road New Zealand grass-fed ghee is traditionally produced by simmering butter to remove the milk solids so that only the clarified fat remains.

Traditionally used in Indian cooking, ghee is a tastier alternative to standard cooking oils, and can be used for baking, frying, sautéing, roasting or as a creamy coffee keto hit!

Rich in medium chain triglycerides (MCTs), it has a high smoke point and enhances cooking flavours.
