Cherries are a rich source of anthocyanins - plant pigments responsible for the colour of many fruits including cherries. Anthocyanins are potent antioxidants that have been associated with a variety of health benefits.

Recent studies indicate that anthocyanins present in cherries have anti-inflammatory properties. Cherries have also been shown to lower levels of uric acid. Daily consumption of cherry juice may be beneficial in maintaining healthy joints and joint function.

Nature’s Goodness Joint Formula uses the finest Australian cherry puree, sourced from local growers and processed just minutes away from the plantation to ensure maximum freshness and preservation of the cherry’s antioxidants and health benefits.

Cherries contain vitamin C which contributes to collagen formation. Collagen makes up 85-90% of articular cartilage, which cushions the joints.

Cherry consumption has also been shown to improve muscle recovery after intensive exercise. Carbohydrates replenish glycogen and anthocyanins facilitate the recovery process while also assisting exercise performance.

Directions:

Dilute Cherry Juice with an equal amount of water. Use 30 - 100mL or as required.
