From bean to bar, our carob range is made from Australian grown organic carob and real cocoa butter.

The naturally sweet, smooth and creamy taste in The Carob Kitchen Carob Almond Bar is from the sweetness in Australian grown Carob beans and juicy almonds. The Carob Kitchen Carob Almond Bar has a mild carob taste using Australian milk solids from 'grass-fed' cows and ethically sourced cocoa butter – a natural cocoa fat.

Ingredients:

Milk solids, cocoa butter, organically grown carob powder (25.5%), natural vanilla extract, Australian roasted almonds, emulsifier (GMO-free sunflower lecithin).

Contains milk and Almonds.  May contain tree nuts, peanut, soy and sesame.
