FG Roberts Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour is a well-established and well known staple: a convenient vegetarian/vegan multi-purpose product which is ideal in general baking and often as a replacement for wheat flour in most applications. The product is low sodium. Glucono-delta-lactone is totally and naturally lactose free.

F.G Roberts Gluten free self-raising flour contains no added sugars, fats, animal products, minerals, vitamins, artificial colours, flavours or flavour enhancers. It contains less than 10ppm of sulphites. No preservatives are used or added by the company. There is a small amount of sulphur dioxide present in the maize and tapioca starches used.

All ingredients are non-genetically modified. The soy and rice flours have been “precooked” and dried (prior to milling) to enhance flavour, convenience and keeping qualities. The leavening agents have been selected to avoid added aluminium, phosphates and any undesirable metallic/chemical flavours and after flavours. Wherever possible, Australian ingredients are used. Suggested uses:

Steamed puddings

Batters

Pancakes
