Motion Potion Ingredients

Psyllium– is a great source of mucilage, which is a type of soluble fibre. Constipation, Bowel disease, Obesity, Diabetes, Heart Disease and High Cholesterol have all been associated with low fibre diets. Including psyllium in the diet helps to provide bulk to stools and improve the tone of the bowel.

Slippery Elm-helps to soothe inflamed mucus membranes of the digestive system. It also assists in the repair of the digestive tract and feeds the friendly bacteria of the large intestine.

Marshmallow Root-has a soothing effect on the mucous membranes. It can be useful in calming the inflammation associated with gastritis, peptic ulcers, and diverticulosis. It is also known for its healing properties.
