Directions for Use

Dissolve half a teaspoon of non-iodised salt in one cup of lukewarm (body temperature) distilled or previously boiled water. Do not use untreated tap water.

Lean over a sink, tilt your head to one side, and gently insert the spout into one nostril while breathing through your mouth. Allow the solution to flow through the nasal passages and out the opposite nostril. Use half the solution, then repeat on the other side.

Gently clear any remaining water from the nose after use.
