About Outback Harvest:

Outback Harvest is owned by the McNaul family! It all started back in 2014, when we (Fraser and Shane McNaul) proudly became the first Australian commercial growers of this ancient super-seed, teff! Our farm is based in the Southern Riverina of NSW, in an area which is known as ‘Australia’s Food Bowl’, perfect and thriving conditions to grow teff.

We pride ourselves on growing, manufacturing, and packaging the highest quality and most sustainable teff, packed full of just the good stuff! Our products are naturally gluten free, dairy free, contain no allergens, are low FODMAP and packed full of 20+ vitamins and minerals. We love creating these products to enable everyone to have the opportunity to eat delicious and healthy meals, whether you have a dietary requirement or not!

As a paddock to plate agribusiness we believe in quality through every step of the supply chain, starting at the farm through to the finished product!

We believe that the hard work and dedication shown by Australian farmers should be rewarded, which is why we source Australian ingredients wherever possible for our products.
