Protein Packed Pancakes

3 ripe bananas
2 large eggs
1 dessert spoon Melrose ABC nut spread
1/2 cup almond meal
1 dessert spoon Amazonia RAW Protein (choc or vanilla)
50 mls coconut milk

Blend bananas, eggs, nut spread, almond meal, pea protein and coconut milk to make a runny batter. Add water to thin if needed.  Poor small amount into hot pan and cook both sides till golden.

Serves 2
