Summer Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
4 strawberries (cold) – cut into half
1 mango cheek (cold) – cut into chunks
2 kale leaves (stalks removed)
400ml coconut water (or enough to cover everything)
1 tablespoon linseeds
1 tablespoon psyllium husks
1 teaspoon Amazonia Raw Vitamin C powder

  1.  In a high speed blender, blend everything together.
  2. Pour into a cup and serve.  Drink within 10 minutes.
