Warming Porridge

Ingredients
1/4 cup quinoa flakes
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
5 fresh dates, pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon chia seeds
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup rice / almond milk
Cinnamon

Directions
Place all ingredients, except cinnamon, into saucepan and cook on low heat until oats and quinoa flakes are soft.

Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and milk to taste
