Wellness Mama has a great Saukraut Recipe though we read a great blog post that discusses how the fermentation process can be applied to any vegetable.   This will allow you to utilise all those excess veges from the garden or from excess shopping.

We do stock the Kefir Starter Kit and the Kefir Culture refresher pack to get  you on your way to your own Salsa’s, fermented veges to store in your cupboard or fridge.  Fermentation was used in the old times to preserve food as it would last up to 6 months with this process.
