Now Practicing from Vive Health Clinic – Naturopath Elise Small

Meet Elise…

Hi, My name is Elise Small and I love all things health! If I’m not in clinic helping my clients you can find me sourcing the latest research to better their health, adventuring in nature, creating delicious recipes or at my local CrossFit gym!

I believe optimal health is mental and physical. It’s a healthy, joyful, and respectful relationship between your mind and your body. Through my education and guidance I can help you align your health through tailor making treatment plans with the aim of helping achieve your optimal health and wellbeing.

As a Naturopath I seek to find the root cause of any underlying symptoms by investigating your physiology and biochemistry. I focus on the entire body, which reviews each system of the body including current dietary habits, while maintaining holistic principles of healing that incorporates mental, emotional, social and physical factors with the use of natural elements and therapies including herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, dietary and lifestyle recommendations prescribed with confidence from current biomedical research to align your health.

Clients I work with are looking for a natural way to take their health to the next level. I have particular interest in working with athletes, weight management, skin disorders and digestive health.

I am a qualified Naturopath (BHSc) from Endeavour College of Natural Health and an accredited member of Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA). With a background in Swedish Massage I am further developing my skill set with a Diploma of Remedial Massage at Australian Institute of Applied Science (AIAS).

Feel free to contact Elise for a 100% confidential chat to find out how holistic naturopathy, nutritional advice or massage can help you now.
